Help! Is This a good deal or Am i getting scammed

Hello again All
Im The guy looking for a rolex explorer 2
Found a seller- his is from 2008 and is listed at around 4800$ - i Said i would love to Trade with my Seamaster Pro 2221.80 blue from 08 and my Speedmaster automatic 3510.50 from 92 which looks like new

He has said he Can let each be worth 1200$ and I have to pay 2240$ besides that

Is this a fair deal?

If you're not 100% confident with the seller (IE: trust him completely), I say no...regardless of if the monetary side of the deal is good or not!

Well it's not that I don't trust him..it's more the math and his view on the value of my watches

speedy auto 1200$ for a watch worth over 2000$ ..and The seamaster from 2008 real value now 1700$ again 1200$...thats a loss of 1300$ just to deal with his Explorer 2 rolex

Would that be fair i ask ?

Welcome to the Forum!

Unfortunately, the value you place on your watches may not be the same any seller is willing to accept on a trade.

If you feel you can sell your watches for the amount claimed, you should do so first...and then look for the watch you are trying to purchase.
