It's really a playing field of a very small number of brands (in this price range): Patek, Rolex, AP.
To some extent Omega also eats up some of the market share, but it's a different part of the market, to be honest.

Honestly, other than scarcity value I can't see any reason for throwing Rolex in a bucket w AP and Patek when it comes to sports watches. Obviously completely different volumes and price points... If anything I'd put Rolex in a bucket w Omega and IWC, but they may very well deserve a bucket of their own.
