Glad you’re home and out of danger.
Would be really concerned with losing consciousness though. Presumably the X-rays and CT ruled out pneumonia and PEs, but maybe see a good cardiologist to get a better trained eye on your cardiac health. Emergency rooms don’t always catch significant issues when presented with EKG data...
