What the heck kind of case scratch is that. It's 1/2 square shaped. Goes across that one lug and then up toward the bezel (maybe the 2nd line is light reflection? I can’t tell by the web site's photos).
If I didn't know it was serviced recently by RSC, I would think it was a piece of left over case plastic.
Sad thing is I bet someone tried to already get that out by polishing (either the reseller or RSC). Maybe they already took some of it out and it still shows.
