Did you consider sourcing a replacement bridge plate and rotor?
Looks like a basic 1575 movement, so anyone with an Rolex parts account should be able to source replacements (i.e. rotor and 1570-marked bridge plate).

I do have the parts, but the owner decided to leave it as-is for the time being.
