Sorry about this. It looks like the AR coating is peeling off on top of the cyclops, that is if you can feel it by a finger nail. If you can't, then it's what Peter wrote, the glue underneath. It's rare but not unheard of.
Rolex uses AR treatment on the cyclops and under the crystal. They'll fix it for you under warranty so no worries
