I know that some black 6263 service dials had a slight hint of silver in the sub-dials, but the OP's version seems to have way too much of that look, which is also common on replica dials. (See confirmed service dial below for comparison.)

But again, and as above, how/why would a Rolex service dial have a Tiffany stamp? (Rhetorical question.)
