I own a 90's 14060 tritium sub, a MKII (2016) EXP and a BB58. When I place all three on the table and moved back across the room 10ft or more, the Tudor snowflake hands are always legible, whilst the mercedes sword hands are not.
IMHO the above mentioned Rolex model hands are not thick enough for tool/sports watches. I do have good 20/20 vision too. I'm a firefighter and actually use my watches as proper tool watches.

I really like the Tudor snowflake hands for that reason, I was contemplating swapping my EXP MKII for a BB36, but purely from a servicing cost point of view, both the EXP and BB36 are good very watches. I can always use the left over £3K from the MKII to pay a small lump off the mortgage.
