Congratulations on a long career in the business. Manufacturing isn't what it used to be for sure. I have 27 years in with my company and hope for at least 15 more, but it gets sketchy now and then. On occasion I have hoped the same, that they would end the misery... but to be honest, I enjoy my job and I think I am ok at it.
