The case looks to be in great shape to me. Nice sharp lugs and edges and on the bezel. As Larry said the bracelet has been brushed on its own. Doesn't seem like a big deal, overall the watch looks good. If the seller is saying the bracelet has not be 'polished' I guess technically that might be true, but it was brushed. Not recently though. The current owner may not have been the one who had it brushed. But to me, refinishing the bracelet is not that big of a deal. But an over polish on the case can be a deal breaker.
