Very cool. I called RSC about sending in my Tudor GMT for warranty repair and they wouldn't even send me a box or prepay the shipping. Considering the watch was malfunctioning I wasn't pleased.
Sounds like Omega actually cares about customer service. Awesome watch by the way! Let's see a pic
