I filed a lawsuit against CD Peacock years ago for selling my client a used pearlmaster but claimed it was brand new with Rolex’ warranty. Watch was if I recall at least 8 years old and owned by the CEO’s wife. My client got her new pearlmaster and Peacock to pay for my legal fees. I’m not surprised by the current lawsuit.
