Professionally, we've dealt with product launch leaks for decades. We still fight it, but only to reduce it, not to eliminate. In fact, we often write internal announcements expecting they will be leaked, so we write them carefully as a result.

Exactly, do you see Rolex showing their new watch off to VVIP's? Nope. Why? Because they know it'll Leake 30 min later.

This is what happens when you have "viewing parties" for a new watch and you make journalists sign embargos but not customers in attendance.

There is no issue with the "leaks" they're not even leaks, they're just talking about what they saw.

Now if they signed an NDA that said they would not disclose, that's another story.

Good luck trying to punish that person since it's pretty easy to make a throw-away account on most watch forums.
