This is an interesting take. The Ed White has less power reserve by almost a day; half the water resistance; is not a-magnetic; costs 1k MORE; and has roughly 70% of the market value.
If someone is a huge NASA person, I certainly get the historical appeal of the Speedy. But I do not personally find it to be a mystery as to why someone would pick the Daytona.
