Not sure the strap can be considered a defect... happens to many textile straps. Obviously your OB can order another and maybe it will fit better... . Ditto for the bezel. My 321 has minute "air bubbles" within the
enamel numerals set in the ceramic bezel. They'e unavoidable and fortunately only visible with a loupe / macro lens
