In order to insure such a collection, an insurance company would potentially want a specific type of safe and this safe could weigh more than a F-350 and could withstand a prolonged attack with a thermic lance. That said, even this type of safe is vulnerable in the sense that someone can force the owner to open it (provided it doesn't have a time delay lock or multiple dials with codes known only by different people), so if we are talking about 8 figures of jewelry, it seems very likely some would need to be stored offsite.
