They were at least 100m water resistant, robust movement even in today's standards, unique look and attractiveness, and most come with 2-3 complications.

Always thought the compressor was such a cool feature. But it also made me wonder: What’s JLC’s aversion to screw-down crowns? Don’t think there’s been one in the lineup for decades, if ever, and this seemed to suggest an active dislike for them.
