I popped back to check and yes, they've put new spring bars on it! Myst admit l lost it. I never asked for these. I guess I was also angry at myself for not saying not to change them. I told the person to go find my originals. Apparently they just get tossed away with all the others. Not tagged or anything.

I tried to explain my watch's originality and value had been ruined due to their incompetence but it didn't seem to register.

What can I do to rectify this?
Send it to me and I’ll chuck my old ones in it and send it back to you……honestly
