A friendly reminder that in free markets there is a difference between price and value. For any given market price, there can be an entirely different relationship to fair value estimation based on the buyer and overall market condition. What you are hearing is that while price has indeed been decided by the market, many here do not see the value at that price. Two entirely different things.
