Yes and no. Small volume independent watchmakers, yes, you'll be waiting for a few years (but you can still get one if you are patient which isnt bad imho). Journe, obviously the hype is insane.

Outside of small volume indies, you can easily get most higher end dress watches from Lange, Moritz Grossman, Urban Jurgensen, Ferrier, Lang & Heyne, Patek and VC dress complications, etc.

Within the last year alone, I have been able to get a 50 piece limited edition Urban Jurgensen, an 8 piece limited edition Moritz Grossmann, a steel Laurent Ferrier, a limited Gronefeld Principia and a 25 piece limited LUC. Obviously everyone's opinion of "higher end" varies, but I think that's a pretty good sample set.
