Well, I don't know- I
think I have a strong relationship with my OB- have purchased 5 watches from them and had 3 serviced there all over the past 4 years and I am now at 18 months with deposit taken & still waiting. Was told "should be by the end of the year(???)." This is now officially the longest I have waited for any watch- including a ceramic Daytona (less than 6 mo from my Rolex AD).
