Most recently, they estimated 3-4 weeks and it took about 10 weeks. When I followed up, Ivy told me they had some staffing issues. Not really an issue for me as long as they are responsive. In my experience, you need to be patient when it comes to repairs with watches and accessories, especially vintage. It's more important that it's done well, than done quickly.
