Send the bracelet to Rolliworks in San Francisco. They should be able to restore it for around $600. It will look brand new and tight once done. You will want to send them your wrist dimensions because it looks like it is a few links short.

Most likely the watch maker couldnt find parts for the rotor since they are decades discontinued from Rolex, so they made the watch manual wind. You should be able to find parts for that rotor on eBay.
