Depends on model.

A Rolex is easiest model for a dealer to sell, they will therefore take them on tighter margin. Tudor sits a bit longer so has a bigger spread on what a dealer will pay vs. sell it for.

Rolex trade on average = retail (or more) to retail - 20% depending on model
Tudor trade on average = retail - 25% to retail - 50% depending on model
