I mean it's a '22 datejust, there is no way in the world the hands would look like.
It's pretty clear to me at least that the watch has been opened, unsure why they would need to remove hands unless as stated they have done a dial swap.
As a few people have pointed out worth mentioning the forum and discussions occurred but I think you had your doubts prior to coming to the forum which is the feeling you should trust the most.
