Only changes I would consider (and have done) is put (real rolex) glidelock clasp on 93250 sub bracelets, and swapping GMT bezel colors (black, pepsi, and coke - but all are factory inserts). I'm pretty sure those "changes" aren't cheap etc. But, YMMV
