Yes, spoke to HSWA and they said that Geneva can do repairs on the box. The issue is these style boxes are discontinued, so I doubt they would have a replacement, and there are like 5 versions of it (mines the H997.EMTO.V3-SF) and not easy to find the same one around to replace. Will be dropping at my AD tomorrow..
