I wouldn’t think so. The 54 is 37mm which would imply a different circumference of the case. The Ranger I believe is 39mm.
Therefore the end links would have a slightly different curve.
Also the lug to lug on both is about the same which means the lugs on the 54 are a bit longer in relation to the circumference. I would assume that means the spring bar holes won’t align either.
This is all speculation of course, based on what I do know for sure :) Hope it helps!
