I'm sure you know that not all Lange watches are asymmetrical. In fact, only the Lange 1 variants (TZ, Grande Lange, Moonphase, etc) are. The Datograph, Richard Lange, Saxonia, 1815, and Pour le Merite watches all have symmetrical dials. Although it is the Lange 1 that is the most iconic:
