Yes you’re right, all 111’s had sapphire backs. I was simply making the point that the only luminor marina - ie with a seconds hand - to have a display back as well as a painted dial was the 111. Which is a slightly different point. The 000’s and 005’s had a painted dial but a solid caseback and the 112 obviously had a display back but didn’t have a seconds hand. To complicate things the 111 started being made with a sandwich dial (after the G series I think) so in my mind that makes the ‘sausage dial’ 111’s - with a sapphire back - quite special.
