I have a 7 inch flat shaped wrist and 44mm Luminor is my limit personnally. If I were in your shoes, I would try either a 42mm Radiomir wire lugs or 40mm Luminor, I bet these models would fit you very well.

Unfortunately the 574 is manual wind, hence my concern re wearing out the thread by having to regularly wind the watch.
I'm not sure why, but the proportions of the 40mm Luminor seem a bit off to me. I'll look out for some 42mm Radiomir, although I'm not aware that there are any...?
