I own the SD43 and would never consider this trade. I also own the Panerai 992 which is very similar to the two watches you show from Panerai. I picked it up in the secondary market for less than half the retail of new and enjoy it but it is not a Rolex much less a SD43. If you want one of these watches find one in the secondary market and keep your SD43. Good luck.
