I’m looking hard at a 16710 and I’m curious if having box and papers is something a collector views as necessary?

The price D appears to be somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500-2500k.

So I’m sure I’m like everybody else, I would rather have B&P but is it worth the price? Does it make it much easier to sell? Some of these are getting old enough that it may be considered an exception.

Also, can I also send to RSC (eventually) and receive the service card, try to come up with a period correct box and come out ok?

I’m just trying to figure out if I should ignore the watch-only listings and concentrate only on full-set.

Anything else I’m missing?
