On points 2) and 3), as a very rough guide most dealers will want to make at least a 10% margin.

Last I checked, Chrono24 charged a 6.5% fee to list a watch for sale so if conducting a private purchase take the cheapest chrono 24 price, multiple it by 0.935 to remove selling fees, then multiple by 0.9 to remove the 10% margin and that’s roughly what a dealership might offer to a private seller.

Not precise maths, but hopefully it can help act as a guide [emoji106]
