Butterfly rotor is nice. Caseback and serial being a year or so apart is normal esp if c.o.s.c. cert awaited.
As for dial - swiss are circa 52-63 - Moreover, the dials marked OCC tended to be the mid 50's, they were superceded by SCOC in late 50's/Early 60's I think ....so perhaps original!?
