Case is correct with 18 stamp.
Dial looks ok, but I've not forensically analysed it.
Caseback is ok, bezel is good and brass so not steel service.
Hands are service, as originals would be gilt, but 52/53 would probably/possibly be pencil style.
Insert has the disappearing base of 2 I look for, but super-fresh, need to forensically check it esp numbers and dot positions and shapes which differ from one below btw, but there were many incarnations of insert.
6251h probably service as most came on (from mid-54) 7206 rivet or earlier GF bracelet. My guess is this spent most life on a leather as little indent to caseback.
Spectacularly optimistically priced (knocking on for $100k!) , but original one here to get a feel :
