It's less of an issue with the Root Beer and WG variants as the ceramic paint combination applies to gold better than it does to SS.
As someone who is an industrial engineer in a manufacturing environment for a living, this 1000% makes sense.

Again, nobody questioned the problem, but how important it is. The red-blue bezel is nothing in the manufacturing process. They produce thousand fold ceramic bezel watches compared to Pepsi. If they wished they could easily meet the demand on Pepsi. This is not your rubber ducks manufacturing company.
