Agreed store experience has been challenging, especially when the staff had to endure 100 flippers a day. i totally felt for the Rolex SA in Vegas as was just hanging back and watching her gently handle 'customer' after 'customer'....
Am sure store employees are welcoming true enthusiasts once again being the norm.
