Thanks Vasco! Almost like you, I grew up in an environment of the 70s and a lot of the watch reissue really resonated with me. Like the Nautilus, the Royal Oak, even the Speedy and the Sub, I own these pieces but in their modern iteration and way before these timepieces were sort of hyped up by the current generations and dealers. Nothing wrong with hyping and it feels good that these nostalgic pieces have already caught up with them.
As to wearing a gold bracelet on a timepiece, that has not been an option for me. The nearest was a DD40 but even that it has to be a WG version for its understatement.
