I come to you to find some advice about a potential purchase I am considering and for which I have few doubts.

This watch is advertised as being unpolished, with movement 1575 (base 1570) non hackable.
The ref number matches the year when Rolex shifted to hackable movement (circa 1970).

The dial might have been serviced. At least it is my opinion. Looking for reference on gmtmaster1675 website , that's what it would suggest.

I have concerns about the case, especially given that this watch is being sold as unpolished initially. The case looks worn out, or tempered with. Hallmarks on the back of the case suggest it has been used extensively.

Are there any red flags, concerns, details that I have not mentioned, that would arouse suspicion here ?

I am not vintage Rolex (even non vintage) specialist and given the substantial money asked for this piece I am being extra careful.
