Probably good idea it's 25% cheaper than the rest probably for that reason.
My theory is that it is a service inner dial and Rolex have to mark it as 'safe' non trit dial so they were forced to print the bottom 'swiss made' (only used from 1920s to 1953 and then again from 2001 to date - plus many service dials) so it's visible, as the outer ring was retained that has the T Swiss T nomenclature.
