The watch is engraved 116520 with A serial and has a Rolex 4130 movement.

I am very confused can the serial numbers carry over?
A serials ran from 1998 into possible January 2000 or longer, and no serial data base is 100%.AND all denotes only when the case/clasp was stamped, this is not always when watch was made,so your watch could be one of the first with the in-house cal 4130..
