Yes. Better flow and not to mention you can fill it from any bottled ink and are not limited to what comes in cartridges with is sadly lacking in choices.
Check out Noodlers inks. They are great inexpensive inks and come in just about any color you can imagine. The ink bottles are huge in comparison to most. A really good value.
