Their MSRP is a made up number. I don't know where they come up with it, but they don't sell for MSRP, or even close to it. I think it's more marketing than anything.
Their customer service is getting better but still has work that needs to be done. I have never had to use it.

They did make that in an auto, but no longer offered. It's hard to find one, but it was a "Reserve" piece. I caan't remember which movement it came with.
