I've had cod 3 different ways. Even dried and salted like jerky in Barcelona. Never really cared for it. They've always tasted and smelled fishy (not that I mind). And I am the guy that eats baby sea eels and bull testicles and blood sausage.
But, my old lady makes it awesome.
