The best way to validated authenticity is by meeting the seller at an AD and have it looked over by an experienced watchmaker. The watchmaker will open up the watch and look at movement. The Rolex service paperwork is a good indicator that the watch is legit.

Asking for references from the seller and taking the time to verify the references is also a good indicator of the seller's reputation. The seller's willingness to provide references and meet at an AD are also good indicators.
