Some have been worn with the hologram on, hence the blurring of the font. Eventually it'll disappear. The appropriate thing to do is remove it as soon as the watch is purchased, and if keeping it is a big deal (I can't imagine why it would be), then stick it onto a corner of the warranty certificate.
Btw, it's been suggested that leaving the hologram on
may trap moisture behind it and eventually lead to premature caseback pitting and corrosion.
