Both Pete and Alex - those are fine tales, worthy of owning a fine watch such as you do. It is nice to see young folks who appreciate fine things and understand that they need to be taken care of and cherished. As a youngster, Rolex always meant my father to me, since he wore his GMT Pespi every day, everywhere. It has been an honor to have it passed down to me, although I wish my circumstances for getting it were different. You can bet your @ss I will never take it for granted and that, whatever other watches I buy, I will never part with this one.
