The difference between the "Patch" and the 3570.50 is the dial and the "Patch" version has a sapphire crystal. The 3570.50 has a Haselite crystal. The Patch also has First "& Only" Watch Worn on the Moon on the case back. This statement is not actually true and really irritates some Omega fans.
