Say the Ferrari needs $1500-2500 worth of maintenance and it will not affect putting food on your table then try a few of those payments a year. if you plan on driving it daily then you will understand why some people rarely drive them but do own them. If you can afford the high costs, then Ferrari ownership is very easy. Renting a ferrari could run you $100-$300 an hour! if all they offer is a Testarossa for $100 the clutch is too hard as well as on the 348 the clutch is impossible to push down easily. Better off renting a more modern 360 paddleshift and up!
Also, the 308-355 have the offset pedals to the right if you have wide feet your going to be uncomfortable footing the clutch and wind up over revving the engine cuz thats the only pedal easiest to push.
